And a new website design for it as well! The old one was hand coded over SSH and looked very ugly, the new design is a bit more organized.
The new client has support for multiple servers, as well as things missing in the single server client, timestamps, detection of network connectivity change (so it disconnects quicker without lag), etc. It’s still a work in progress, so feel free to give feedback and ideas.

Found an interesting article on Boing Boing about plans to “coerce” people to use ID cards, which basically sets the foundation for tracking people. A Government document has been leaked which shows these plans, you can find it here.
UK campaigners NO2ID this morning enlisted the help of bloggers across the world to spread a leaked government document describing how the British government intends to go about “coercing” its citizens onto a National Identity Register. The ‘ID card’ is revealed as little more than a cover to create a official dossier and trackable ID for every UK resident – creating what NO2ID calls ‘the database state’.
NO2ID’s national coordinator, Phil Booth, exhorted bloggers, freedom lovers and anyone who gives a damn about personal privacy to mirror the annotated document on their site.
“The charade is over. While ministers try to bamboozle the British public with fairytales about fingerprints, officials are plotting how to dupe and bully the population into surrendering control of their own identities.”
“Biometric ID cards are a sham; a magician’s flourish to cover the biggest identity fraud there has ever been.”
IMO, we are already in a police state and its gonna get worse with these ID cards. Read the doc and decide for yourself if you can trust the Government.

Haven’t written nothing for ages, so here is a quick post.
- Moved from A Small Orange to a Linode.com VPS
- Started a Uni code project to make a game in Java, our group 97.5% in the first increment
- Started learning databases as a Uni module, using PostgreSQL
- Started a rewrite of my php blogging engine, code was too messy. Haven’t had much time to focus on it
- I hate Joomla Administration backend, most complicated thing I’ve ever used
- The PC requirements for Assassins Creed is stupidly high, but thankfully, my pc should be able to get along ok
Probably the most exciting thing that happened is someone trying to look for commonly installed programs (like phpmyadmin) on teh VPS.

This story deserves a special seal of epic failness:
The HMRC has apologised about its seventh such loss of data and has told the Information Commissioner.
Since I couldn’t find a stamp image…..

The Bones Season 2 Boxset was released a few weeks ago, and I got mine from Play.com (which was the cheapest place I could find it). This one included a few extras (unlike the Season 1 Boxset
), including the gag reels. Turns out its only 7 mins long, but I thought it deserved an upload to Youtube.
Enjoy
Bones aside, I also bought the Bourne Trilogy books, and the Bourne Legacy by another bloke, whose name I keep forgetting
. It’s a really great read, if you like the film, then read the book as well. Play.com seem to also have a Deluxe Edition of the film Trilogy, which I’m gonna pre-order once the launch date is a bit closer
Finally (lol), I got to watch American Gangster
, it really is one of the best films I’ve watched. If you want a film with everything added, without the film being a load of crap, then this is it. It has a 10/10 review from me.
/me adds to dvds to order list

Long story short, I’ve been meaning to upload my entire collection for ages, but kept getting put off at the idea of uploading 360MB+ worth of files. I finally got around to doing it, and you can find them all here. Enjoy

I r 20 today, but I’m not in a celebrating mood, this month has been completely shit, starting with the murder of my bro-in-law and ending with today when I thought my car tires had been slashes. Some chavs it seems went on a slashing spree. Luckily my car was not on the road where they did they slashing, but my neighbors weren’t so lucky, all 4 tires of their car was slashed.

I got bored of the old name, and finally decided to change the site to a new one. Anyone requesting resources from old domain will be forwarded automatically to this one (with a little magic from .htaccess
). Everything is still intact, gallery, dev site, etc, etc.
